Do you offer drive-up access?
Yes. Just pull your car or truck up to your unit and start unloading and loading within a few easy steps.
How do I pay my bill?
Pay your bill right from home, your office, or wherever you have access to the internet. You can even use your phone. We try to make everything quick and easy for our customers.
Are you sure my belongings are safe?
Of course your stuff is safe with us. We take safety just as seriously as you, that’s why we’ve installed security cameras. We’re also fenced with a computerized gate. Trust us, you’re belongings are in great hands.
Do you offer tenant insurance?
Tenant Renters Insurance is always something that you, as a renter, should consider when storing your items. Even though our rental agreements DO NOT REQUIRE that you purchase tenant insurance, we still believe that you should weigh the pros & cons of acquiring private insurance or that you purchase tenant insurance that we have available. You can add Safestor insurance during the move-in process.
